Asset Management Leadership Role

The Asset Manager is accountable for overseeing a diverse team of professionals responsible for strategic asset planning, monitoring and reporting, and project delivery.

This senior role reports directly to the Section Manager Assets and Planning. The position is focused on driving performance excellence and maximizing value across Council's Water and Sewerage asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans to balance cost, performance, and risk.
  • Oversee detailed preparation of asset monitoring and reporting functions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align asset management activities with regulatory requirements.

Successful candidates will possess a degree in Engineering or a related field, as well as significant contemporary experience in asset management and ongoing professional development.
