Job Overview

The Asset and Engineering Manager will provide strategic leadership for asset management, ensuring reliable energy production at power stations.

This role requires a seasoned engineering leader to guide and mentor high-performing teams in delivering asset management strategies, technical support, and expert advice across operations, maintenance, and plant improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be able to analyze complex data, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
