This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that requires strong experience in rehabilitation and return-to-work services.
About the Role:- The role involves assessing client needs, developing personalized return-to-work plans, and collaborating with employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored return-to-work plans.
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of return-to-work plans.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they progress through their return-to-work journeys.
- Work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive support services.
- A tertiary degree in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, or a related field.
- Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
