We are seeking a highly skilled employment lawyer to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer with significant experience in employment law. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of advising clients on complex employment matters, including industrial relations strategy and disputes.

The role involves working with a range of clients across the public and private sectors, providing expert advice on employment law and industrial relations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and is committed to building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal concepts into practical advice. They will also be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Lawyer (3+yrs PQE) working on a range of employment and industrial relations matters.
  • Ability to draft clear, concise, correct and commercial advice and documents.
  • A strong sense of purpose, ambition and a proactive approach to your work.
  • Strong people skills; the ability to communicate and build a rapport with our clients.
  • An appetite, and demonstrated ability to mentor and coach more junior team members.
