We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Workplace Relations and Safety team in Canberra.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with 3+ years of PQE experience to work on a range of employment and industrial relations matters. You will be based in our Canberra office and work closely with a senior Partner.
Our team represents a strong client base across the public and private sectors, acting in high profile and high quality matters. We advise on all aspects of workplace relations, including general employment law, industrial relations strategy, and disputes.
You will have the opportunity to work on varied and interesting matters, from advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions to compliance and regulatory matters, discrimination, work health and safety, whistleblowing, modern slavery, and disputation and litigation across most Courts and Tribunals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Lawyer working on employment and industrial relations matters
- Able to draft clear, concise, correct, and commercial advice and documents
- Strong people skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate with impact
- An appetite to mentor and coach more junior team members
- A proactive attitude towards personal development to expand your skills and knowledge
In addition to these key skills and qualifications, we are looking for a driven, self-starter who can work autonomously and provide outstanding service to clients.
