Lead Employment Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced employment lawyer to join our team. As a Senior Legal Counsel in the Employment Legal Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice across all aspects of employment law.

  • Expertise in employment law matters including enterprise agreements, awards, contracts, workplace investigations, and terminations is essential.
  • You will need to monitor and interpret legislative and industrial relations developments, advising on implications for policy, practice, and risk.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related documentation is a key responsibility.
  • Collaboration with senior internal stakeholders and external counsel is critical to embedding legal risk management into our workforce strategy.
