Business Development Coordinator

Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and handling your own recruitment portfolio, you will be integral to our growth trajectory. This role offers ample opportunities for development and provides a platform for career progression.
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment for a national remit;
- Providing ongoing support to the Recruitment Team with key duties including talent sourcing, phone screens, interview arrangements, pre-employment checks, and team support;
- Liaising with Managers to provide support, succession planning, and employee development initiatives;
- Contributing to general administration tasks, daily operations, and ad-hoc HR duties;
- Demonstrating adaptability in prioritizing tasks as needed by the team.
- Proven experience in recruitment consulting or managing high-volume recruitment desks;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
- Experience interpreting regulatory requirements;
- Ability to multitask, work at a high volume, and meet tight deadlines while recruiting technical roles across various portfolios;
