Job Title: Business Development Coordinator
Main Responsibilities- Tender and Proposal Management: Oversee the development, coordination, and submission of tenders and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Bid Library Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive bid library to ensure consistent and high-quality tender responses.
- Timeline Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to meet strict tender deadlines and client expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality submissions.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify potential business opportunities through bid/proposal portals and communicate these to relevant team members.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with various stakeholders to gather inputs and coordinate efforts towards successful tender/submission outcomes.
- Presentation and Pitch Support: Prepare and present briefings and pitches to support shortlisting and professional pitches, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal marketing events and activities to promote the company's services and brand.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in tender and proposal management.
- Skill Set: Excellent administration, coordination, and attention to detail, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
