About the Role

As Special Events Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and capitalizing on event sales opportunities to surpass revenue targets.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborating with our marketing and operations teams to create compelling collateral and promotional materials.
  • Conducting site inspections and providing clients with detailed information on our rooftop bar.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring and analyzing events performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar type of establishment.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of what drives business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
