Job Title: Special Events Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Special Events Coordinator to lead our team in delivering outstanding event experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site management, ensuring events and carts are picture-perfect and operations run seamlessly.
  • Foster harmonious relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate.
  • Coordinate bump-in & out events, handling logistics and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team, using your passion for the industry to drive success.
