Senior Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Strategist to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing events that align with business goals and deliver outstanding experiences for customers, prospects, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Design and implement event strategies that align with business objectives and brand identity.
- Event Execution: Plan and execute high-quality events, including executive roundtables, lunch and learns, customer peer groups, and solution-focused workshops.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Logistics Coordination: Handle venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, AV setup, travel arrangements, and technical requirements.
- Marketing and Communication: Create event-related content, including invitations, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
- On-Site Operations: Lead on-site event execution, managing logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Post-Event Reporting: Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for future improvements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines. They will also possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work outside of regular business hours when required.
