We are seeking a seasoned Event Strategist to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Concept Development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement event strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all aspects of event coordination, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, AV setup, travel arrangements, and technical requirements.
  • Content Creation: Develop event-related content, such as invitations, promotional materials, and social media campaigns, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • On-Site Execution: Lead on-site event execution, managing logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, including managing multiple high-profile events simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams, clients, and vendors.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset to address challenges as they arise.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising event budgets.
Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • B2B events experience.
