Role Overview:

Our organization seeks a skilled Youth Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with young people to understand their needs and providing solutions-focused support to help them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of young people's needs and identify potential barriers to employment and education.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support young people in achieving their goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate access to job opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
