Job Role:

A newly created settlement role is available in a fast-growing non-bank lender.

This position is responsible for managing deal settlements and communicating with various stakeholders, including internal and external teams. The deals involve a mix of residential mortgages and commercial lending.

Benefits:

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Bondi Junction with opportunities to grow and progress within the organization.

The salary range is c. $100-112,000 per year, including superannuation, with potential for discretionary bonuses.

Please note that this role requires you to be based in the office 5 days a week.
