We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Centre Manager.

- Developing and implementing our learn-to-swim program
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Leading a high-performance team and ensuring quality outcomes both in and out of the pool
- Managing OH&S procedures and facility maintenance
- Fostering community engagement
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing our learn-to-swim program to ensure high-quality lessons are delivered to the local community
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Leading a high-performance team and ensuring quality outcomes both in and out of the pool through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Managing OH&S procedures and facility maintenance to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers
- Fostering community engagement through partnerships and initiatives that promote our services and values
