Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing our learn-to-swim program to ensure high-quality lessons are delivered to the local community
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients
  3. Leading a high-performance team and ensuring quality outcomes both in and out of the pool through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  4. Managing OH&S procedures and facility maintenance to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers
  5. Fostering community engagement through partnerships and initiatives that promote our services and values
