Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our management team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can lead by example and drive sales growth through exceptional customer service.

Your New Career

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about developing a high-performing team and driving sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in creating a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

The Assistant Store Manager role supports the Store & Regional Manager and shares responsibility for the success of the store. This is a busy and exciting role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise Sales Growth by providing exceptional customer service
  • Build customer loyalty
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Manage and achieve store KPIs such as sales targets and margin
  • Store presentation through implementing visual merchandising standards
  • Inventory control and managing loss prevention
  • Manage overall safety of the store by adhering to health and safety policies and standards
