Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted candidate attraction strategies
  • Own the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless onboarding and integration
  • Enable smart candidate and client pairing through data-driven insights
  • Lead proactive sourcing efforts to identify top talent
