Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted candidate attraction strategies
- Own the recruitment process from start to finish
- Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless onboarding and integration
- Enable smart candidate and client pairing through data-driven insights
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts to identify top talent

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
