Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales growth and develop a high-performing team in our Greensborough store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of the business.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a senior retail role, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets. They will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, utilizing advanced technology to enhance the customer experience.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage rosters and control wage spend within company guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations, maintaining store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Champion training, development, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
  • Foster community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements in line with national and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a senior retail role.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
