Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining high-performing teams.

  • You will be responsible for driving targeted talent attraction strategies, running certification programs, delivering seamless onboarding experiences, enabling smart candidate and client pairing, and leading proactive sourcing efforts.
  • Owning the certification program includes creating and leading end-to-end onboarding programs, including training, resources, and workflows, that set new experts and employees up for success from day one.

In addition to operational expertise, you will also be responsible for matching talent to work, overseeing and optimizing our pairing framework to ensure verified skills align with each customer's needs, scope, and complexity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of experience in business operations or people operations/HR, particularly within a dynamic, high-growth environment. You should be capable of designing, implementing, and continuously improving processes that drive operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
