
Chief Project Coordinator

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Operations Manager will play a key part in overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. They will work closely with various stakeholders including clients, architects, builders and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
- Coordinate procurement, purchase orders and subcontractor agreements
- Provide technical input on construction methodology and sequencing
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality systems across multiple sites
- Mentor and support supervisors and crews
- Build and maintain bilateral relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes (SimPro experience advantageous)

- Strong financial and forecasting skills
- A keen technical eye with issue-spotting ability
- Confidence engaging with clients, architects, builders and subcontractors
