Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is a key role that supports the day-to-day operations across inbound, outbound, inventory control, and transport coordination.

This position serves as a link between the warehouse, customers, and transport providers to ensure efficient movement of goods, accuracy in inventory and documentation, and high levels of service delivery.

  • Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and stakeholder communication.
  • Accurately enter data for orders, receipts, and consignments using internal systems.
  • Generate and manage shipping documentation including labels, packing lists, and consignment notes.
  • Support inventory control through stock counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with carriers for freight bookings, monitor delivery performance, and resolve transport-related issues.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination with strong operational understanding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience in warehouse systems like SAP or CargoWise One.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
