We're seeking a highly skilled professional to manage external disputes, drive effective resolutions, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Position

This key role involves overseeing EDR cases across Australia and New Zealand, including those with AFCA, IFSO, and OAIC.

You'll be responsible for investigating cases, preparing written submissions, and participating in conciliations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage EDR cases across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Review responses, prepare high-quality written submissions, and participate in conciliations.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaborative outcomes.

This position can be based in North Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne, offering a flexible work arrangement that suits your needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in General Insurance, preferably in travel, motor, or marine disputes.
  • Advanced understanding of the Insurance Contracts Act (ICA) and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service and complaint resolution skills.
  • Highly developed conciliation and mediation abilities.
  • Excellent relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
