Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales, service, and spare part enquiries, coordinating technicians to attend to customer needs, processing purchase orders from business partners, managing incoming phone calls effectively, and maintaining strong business relationships with current business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales, service, and spare part enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate technicians to attend to customer needs, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery.
  • Process purchase orders from business partners, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage incoming phone calls effectively, providing excellent communication skills and issue resolution abilities.
  • Liaise and maintain strong business relationships with current business partners, fostering growth and development opportunities.
  • Book technicians for warranty and non-warranty services as required, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Arrange freight collection for timely delivery, meeting customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of administration/sales/customer service experience, demonstrating a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage but not essential.
  • Fluency in English language, with excellent communication abilities and a good phone manner.
  • Previous experience in freight booking, with knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Collaborative team player who can work independently when necessary, with proficient computer skills and a focus on delivering results.
