We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Executive to join our team at DJE Holdings. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering custom market research studies, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Support research team members on various projects, assisting with the development and execution of research studies, project scoping, costing, and budget management.
- Contribute to primary and secondary research projects, developing research design, sampling plans, questionnaires, moderator guides, and analytical plans.
- Manage external suppliers to ensure data quality and timely delivery of research output.
- Interpret and analyze research data and insights to create compelling stories that meet project and research objectives.
- Support new business efforts by working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities that expand on client engagements.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in research.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel, Word processing, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize/manage multiple deadlines within a project scope and budget.
- Pursuit of excellence and attentiveness to detail, translating into flawless deliverables and data accuracy throughout the project.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Great sense of ownership and enjoyment in taking initiatives, innovating, and challenging the status quo.
- Curiosity to understand complex business challenges and apply various research approaches.
