Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate the execution of our lease vehicle programs and associated activities across the business.

This role requires strong analytical and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, and proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the reconciliation of vehicle payroll files to ensure accurate charging of lease vehicle payments to employees.
  2. Administer the Employee Family Vehicle Purchase (EFVP) and Employee Spare Parts Purchase (ESP) schemes by managing employee enquiries in alignment with established policies.
  3. Maintain systems to track, manage, and report on key lease vehicle activities, including fair wear and tear recoveries and fuel consumption.
  4. Liaise with Toyota Fleet Management regarding lease vehicle order escalations and manage the Employee Vehicle Entitlements inbox.
  5. Support the review, updating, and distribution of vehicle-related communications, such as price lists, letters, and intranet content, as needed.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
