Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the vehicle lease and delivery process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong financial acumen, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate finance applications and submissions within specified timeframes
  • Place vehicle orders with dealerships and monitor the order pipeline
  • Ensure settlements meet all compliance requirements, including credit policies, approval conditions, and internal guidelines
  • Process legal documentation accurately and in accordance with relevant policies and regulations
  • Manage settlement preparation and submission within predetermined timelines
  • Prioritise and manage settlement workflows to meet deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives
  • Support external audit activities as required
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to consistently meet deadlines and targets
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bonus points if you have experience in leasing products (such as Novated Leases) or Automotive Fleet Leasing/Asset Finance
