Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to lead our property management team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and managing the day-to-day financial and operational needs of residential properties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between lot owners, committee members, contractors, insurers, and agents.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial statements.
  • Oversee insurance claims from lodgement to completion.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Owners Corporation management role.
  • Strong understanding of Victorian Owners Corporation legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven customer service skills and a client-first attitude.
