Job Title: European Cuisine Lead Chef

Job Summary:
Caviar Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Cuisine Lead Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation, execution, and delivery of authentic and innovative European dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in various European cooking styles (French, Italian, Spanish, etc.) and techniques (sous-vide, braising, etc.).
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency while ensuring consistency across all European cuisine offerings.
• Develop seasonal menus, source premium ingredients, and maintain cost controls.
• Train junior chefs, foster creativity, and drive continuous improvements in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the house team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:
• 5-7 years in European cuisine, with a focus on high-end restaurants or catering.
• Fluent in English.
• Diploma in Formal Culinary Disciplines highly regarded.
• Track record of leading a kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
• Skill in handling large events.
• Organisation, time management, team building.
