We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our key partnerships. This includes managing and developing strategic relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partnership development and management, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. You will also have experience in managing and analyzing data to inform business decisions. Additionally, you will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential partners. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations. Communicate regularly and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement. Use data to measure the effectiveness of partnership strategies and adjust accordingly.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners. Ensure that all agreements are mutually beneficial and align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development and management.
- Proven track record of success in partnership development and management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
