Job Opportunity

A role that brings about fairness and transparency in dispute resolution has opened up. This specialist will be based in Melbourne, VIC, with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve escalated and complex customer and merchant disputes.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints.
  • Contribute to Afterpay's Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) responses.
  • Prepare detailed External Dispute Resolution (EDR) responses.
  • Compile reporting on complaint volumes, categories, and insights.
  • Analyze complaint data, report on trends, and make recommendations.
  • Manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Focus on providing a supportive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
  • Background in Customer Service, Complaints Handling, and Dispute Resolution.
  • Proven conflict resolution skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in communication and management of complaint cases.
  • Ability to multitask and work under time constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for Afterpay's mission.
