Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Fairness Specialist to lead the planning, development and implementation of our Digital Fairness initiative related to automated decision-making systems and AI in public service delivery and administrative decision-making.

  • Foster external collaboration and provide guidance to public bodies to ensure administrative fairness and equity in decision making.
  • Develop internal policies and programs to investigate the use of AI in public services and programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, computer science, law).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $88,700 - $125,700.
  • Anticipated starting salary: $98,571 + 5% upon successful completion of probation.
  • Full-time permanent position.
