About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide support to Global Market Dealers and Front Office through the processing and settlement of Treasury transactions. This involves ensuring deals are completed correctly and in a timely manner, while mitigating operational and settlement risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter Treasury-related transactions into internal/external systems, including Money Market (MM), FX, or Derivatives items.
  • Sort and distribute maturing corporate deals to dealers for instructions.
  • Confirm transactions and instructions with counterparties and follow-up outstanding items.
  • Check dealing evidence and SWIFT confirmations.
  • Authorise STP deals, book transfers, and trades in the external matching/settling system.
  • Release STP payment orders for Corporate and Interbank MM transactions.
  • Prepare customer notices, documents, and confirmations for corporate customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment/settlement of GMO products.
  • Reconciliation of funds received to settle all transactions and investigation of unallocated and / or non-received funds.
  • Handle customer and internal enquiries and requests for information.
  • Build and maintain good working relations and open communications with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Check end of day balancing/reconciliation.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports for Operations Management.
