Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Financial Transaction Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage vendor payments within our accounting system.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of company expenditures.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and promptly address any discrepancies.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers in a timely and professional manner.

Financial Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an accounts clerk or similar role.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in financial software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
