Investment Banking Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced investment banker to join our team. As an Analyst/Associate, you will play a key role in implementing business strategy and executing transactions.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with senior bankers to originate, structure, and execute financing and advisory transactions across various products.

You will be responsible for developing content for marketing materials, creating financial models, and interacting with client management teams to execute transactions and identify risks.

In addition, you will guide and review analytic work of junior bankers, liaise with internal and external parties on transactions, and provide leadership and mentorship to junior bankers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of transaction cycles, and impeccable communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, structure, and execute financing and advisory transactions
  • Develop content for marketing materials
  • Create financial models and detailed valuation analysis
  • Interact with client management teams
  • Guide and review analytic work of junior bankers
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Provide leadership and mentorship

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or a related field from a top-tier educational institution
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in an investment banking front office role
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Understand transaction cycles and steps in the process
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
