  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to anticipate potential impacts on transactions.
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations regarding transaction opportunities and challenges.
">Requirements
  • A master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • CFA completion would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in transaction services, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation software.
  • Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to financial transactions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
