As a Senior Business Process Analyst for Data Science, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams at Correlate Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to define problem statements and use cases for advanced analytics products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end business processes, conduct gap analyses, and deliver solutions that align with our mission of driving data-driven scientific decisions.
  • Lead workshops to document and communicate 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' process maps to all stakeholders.
  • Analyse and document business requirements for new and existing machine learning products.
  • Assess change impacts and work with change management to facilitate adoption of AA products.
  • Guide technical delivery teams toward solving problems with tangible benefits for our business.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
