Job DescriptionThis role involves working in a culturally diverse environment, providing contemporary and evidence-based psychology services. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, planning and conducting therapy sessions within the participants' natural environment that aligns with a person-centred and strengths-based model.
- Balancing a clinical caseload and leading the daily operational needs of the Psychology team while providing clinical supervision and supporting the psychology team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Psychology and current certification.
- Experience within a disability sector context, working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic supports.

- 5 weeks annual leave + 17% leave loading.
The Northern Territory PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
