Job Description

This role involves working in a culturally diverse environment, providing contemporary and evidence-based psychology services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, planning and conducting therapy sessions within the participants' natural environment that aligns with a person-centred and strengths-based model.
  • Balancing a clinical caseload and leading the daily operational needs of the Psychology team while providing clinical supervision and supporting the psychology team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Psychology and current certification.
  • Experience within a disability sector context, working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic supports.
