We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Toowoomba, providing direct client services and clinical education to train and supervise post-graduate students, Clinical Registrars, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will work closely with our Director to improve clinical management policy and procedures, and quality outcomes from our services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, intervene, and evaluate clinical outcomes with diverse client populations.
- Provide effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Supervise students as part of a multidisciplinary team and liaise with other health professionals.
- Lead realignment of work practices toward organisational objectives.
Must hold a Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, with at least five years of full-time experience in assessment, intervention, and evaluation of clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of psychological evidence-based practice in child and adult mental health.
