Overview:


IQVIA, a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry, seeks a highly skilled Financial Management Associate to join our team. As a pivotal asset to the local ANZ business, this role serves as a crucial link between Accounts Receivable (AR) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ensuring seamless integration of these key functions.


Responsibilities:


This role is designed to balance workload and maintain optimal team performance, making a significant contribution to overall business performance. The associate will be responsible for generating monthly AR Aging reports, managing cash collections, allocating payments to invoices, maintaining a Cash Flow Report, performing monthly AR GL reconciliations, and handling billing and invoices.


In terms of FP&A responsibilities, the associate will reconcile department headcount, track movements and cost change, maintain financial reporting systems, assist with data collection and consolidation, support monthly forecasts and month-end financial reports, and aid in business and strategic planning.


Key Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proficient in IT, financial reporting, or accounting software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Capable of conducting financial analysis and gathering relevant data to solve routine financial issues

Estimated Salary Range:


$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
