Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to support, maintain and enhance current SaaS-based CRM systems—Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive.

The role involves ensuring effective integration of CRM platforms into sales, marketing, customer service and operations processes, interfacing with SAP S4/Hana, AWS Connect, the website and the Databricks data warehouse.

A suitable candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with CRM administration and an understanding of end-to-end CRM business processes, preferably in supply chain or distribution businesses.

  • CRM Administration & Configuration – current environment: Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive
  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution
  • CRM Integration Support - AWS Connect, SAP S4/Hana, Magento, and Databricks
  • Data Management & Governance - Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Enhancements, Change Delivery, and User Support
  • User Training & Enablement

Key requirements include:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical CRM analyst or senior administrator role.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, familiarity with HubSpot and Pipedrive, and openness to potentially moving to another consolidated CRM system.
  • Experience with CRM platform configuration, automation, workflows and reporting.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and basic troubleshooting of integrations.
  • Familiarity with systems integration in a SaaS environment (preferably with AWS Connect, Magento, and Databricks).
  • Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, SQL and CRM data management.
  • Experience or exposure to end-to-end Marketing and Customer Journey.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain, inventory or customer service processes.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

The role is located in Arndell Park (Sydney West) and requires regular site attendance.
