Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and innovative technical solutions
  • Keep abreast of technical advances and propagate to internal teams and clients
  • Deliver PoC solutions to demonstrate technical feasibility
  • Articulate complex technical concepts
  • Align technical design with business needs and technology standards
  • Evaluate constraints to identify alternatives, and potentially re-engineer processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Create comprehensive design documents and guide the dev team to adopt best practices
  • Conduct code, design and architectural reviews
  • Define implementation approaches, algorithms and code structures
  • Lead initiatives to pilot new technologies and assess their feasibility for adoption
  • Mentor and coach engineers to build technical competencies
Qualifications
  • Functional
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver solutions for MS D365 CRM projects
  • Expertise in fitment analysis of customer requirements
  • Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, facilitation of decision-making, and managing client expectations
  • Ability to estimate large-scale MS D365 CRM implementation programs
  • Strong knowledge of performance tuning in Model-Driven Apps implementations
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software
  • Experience in data integration and migration projects
  • Strong knowledge of responding to RFPs/RFIs and proposal creation
  • Expertise in program and project management, risk identification, and mitigation
  • Technical
  • Experience working in D365 CRM, including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies
  • Understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, and development of architectural/high-level designs within defined architectural frameworks and software engineering patterns
  • Comprehensive understanding of functional modules including Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service Automation
  • Microsoft Social Engagement, Unified Service Desk, Project Service Automation
  • KB Management, Voice of Customer
  • Setup, installation, configuration and deployment of MS D365 CRM modules
  • Experience in customization and extension of D365 CRM
  • JavaScript frameworks like , , , JQuery, CSS, HTML5, AJAX
  • Hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model-Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS)
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including .NET Framework, Visual Studio, Source Code Management Systems (TFS)
  • Developing REST APIs and integration with external systems through REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS
  • Data migration experience through tools or MS D365 features
  • Hands-on experience in Power Pages, Power Apps Portal (configuration, customization, extension)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
  • Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD
  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Strong, concise documentation, communication and team-handling skills
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
  • Previous work experience with US, Australian or UK clients
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and other project management tools
Education & Certifications
  • Certification in any modules (Sales, Service, Field Service, Project Ops)
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform basics MB 200
Salary and Location

Salary band-AUD $140,000 to $160,000 depending on experience, skillset and qualifications
