Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to provide functional and technical leadership for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM technology, architecture, design, development, and leading technical teams.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and governance for the CRM platform, collaborating with product managers, architects, and the technology delivery team to define technical approaches and solutions. They will also work with solution/platform architects to ensure the integration of data and information components of the solution and align resources with the enterprise strategy.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive CRM experience with a broad range of technical leadership experience, within the insurance and/or banking/financial services sector.
  • Experience leading CRM business requirement, solution design and or Salesforce implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience towards design and development of medium to large scale CRM deployments.
  • Ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution.
  • Able to communicate technology concepts to business teams with a focus on business value and benefit.
