Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical CRM Analyst to support the effective management of our SaaS-based CRM systems. This role will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and integrating CRM platforms across various departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical CRM administration and configuration, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with HubSpot and Pipedrive.
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of E2E CRM business processes, ideally in a supply chain or distribution business.
  • Familiarity with systems integration in a SaaS environment, including REST/SOAP APIs and basic troubleshooting of integrations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
