Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the service desk team to achieve outstanding results
- Monitor service levels and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Act as the escalation point for critical tickets and provide personalized support
- Assist with team coverage during peak periods to maintain high service standards
- At least 5 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across various platforms and systems
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
