P&C Reward Specialist

Join our team of experts in human resources and training as a P&C Reward Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist benchmarking, job evaluations, and remuneration recommendations to support the implementation of our reward and benefits framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance on reward and benefits policies and practices, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal standards.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of reward strategies across the Group, including remuneration, recognition, benefits, superannuation, and insurances.
- Manage remuneration budgets and forecasts, deliver Suncorp's share plans, and oversee the relationship with share services providers.
- Implement new benefits and review the effectiveness of existing ones, managing relationships with benefits vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in advising and delivering on reward and benefits policies and practices, with sound knowledge of current trends, legislation, and taxation.
- Proven consultation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, advanced Excel capabilities for analysing large and complex data sets, and the ability to research, extract, and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
