Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service experiences, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to keep them informed about their vehicle's status
  • Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee vehicles are completed on time and meet high quality standards
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently
  • Offering accurate estimates for additional work or repairs
  • Selling additional services as required, overcoming objections and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For:

We require an individual with proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with a background in customer-facing roles, such as banking, real estate, or hospitality. Your excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work autonomously while being part of a team will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
