About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced media professional to join our Corporate or Government team as a key account manager. You will be responsible for nurturing strong customer relationships with our largest clients, providing strategic support and expertise to drive value and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between Streem and clients, offering support, education, and advocacy.
  • Maintain and update client accounts, driving initiatives to maximize user value.
  • Provide top-tier support to a diverse clientele, adapting to unique needs and demonstrating commercial prowess and service orientation.
  • Proactively manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
