We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing front office operations, supervising teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, administration, and managing any guest issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, including supervision of teams and delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, including registration of owners and guests, provision of information on local area attractions, and management of guest issues.
  • Develop, train, and lead a team to promote high levels of customer service and excellence in hospitality.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a front office department at a supervisory level.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with Opera being preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as active listening skills.
  • Detail-focused with an organized approach and ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude, vibrant, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holiday periods.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment both as part of a team and autonomously.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
