Change Manager Role Overview

The Change Manager leads a team's change initiatives impacting thousands of people, utilising their agile mindset to deliver high-quality change interventions.

As a key member of the Financial Crimes Services team, you will partner with Crew Leads, Product Owners, change owners, squads, and senior business stakeholders to understand and manage change for your designated team.

You will develop and deliver change management plans, integrating them into project plans in collaboration with teams across agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the effective delivery of the change solution, working cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Delivers on change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the business and associated risks, and how these impacts will be managed.
  • Contributes to the development of team change objectives and measures of success, designing and developing change collateral as required.
  • Leads and facilitates key engagements such as change workshops to support the facilitation of end-user training or upskilling of subject matter experts as required.
  • Transitions change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress/adoption/sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years proven change and communications experience at a manager level, ideally managing complex initiatives across a matrix organisation.
