Migration Specialist Role

The Migration Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions for business customers.

  • Coordinate the transition of Strategic Merchants customers from current to future state merchant modernisation platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document customer requirements.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for Strategic Merchant customers, supporting transition activities.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely customer service via various communication channels.
  • Provide support on technical and implementation-related issues.
  • Execute post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing dedicated project management support to transition Strategic Merchants customers.
  2. Conducting discovery workshops to define and document customer bespoke requirements.
  3. Acting as a single point of contact for Strategic Merchant customers, supporting transition activities.
  4. Delivering high-quality, timely customer service via phone, email, and video conferencing.
